They are currently looking for a hands-on, strategic, and execution-focused Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of all things marketing within the business. This role is ideal for someone who’s ready to build and lead a function.
What you'll be doing:
You’ll be the go-to for all marketing activity – with a strong emphasis on digital. That means:
- Driving an SEO/SEM strategy
- Managing and evolving a website
- Planning and executing email marketing campaigns
- Creating content for emails, blogs, and more
- Supporting event coordination for a handful of client-facing events each year (4–6 total)
- Owning and executing the marketing strategy – not waiting for someone to tell you what to do
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role – you’ve been in the driver’s seat before
- A university degree in Marketing, Business, English, or something related
- Strong content creation skills – you know how to craft messaging that resonates
- A solid grasp of the tools and tactics that move the needle in digital marketing
- Confidence and autonomy – this role reports into leadership but won’t be closely supervised
- On-site presence is essential – we collaborate best in person
