We’re seeking an experienced IT Contract Recruiter to lead and grow our contract recruitment services across North America. About the Role:
Reporting to our US Managing Director, you’ll collaborate with global leadership and work with colleagues across our international offices to maximize opportunities. You’ll play a vital role in driving our contract recruitment success while embodying our core values: Passion, Energy, Commitment, Integrity, and Fun.
What You’ll Do:
This is a 360-recruitment role with responsibilities that include:
- Building and managing a book of runners (active contractors).
- Driving vertical-specific opportunities in areas like development, infrastructure, and more.
- Client acquisition and account development: Cultivating strong client relationships.
- Conducting client meetings and candidate interviews, both on-site and remotely.
- Ensuring the recruitment cycle is managed with the highest quality standards.
- Collaborating with management to meet and exceed objectives.
- Establishing your reputation as an expert in IT contract recruitment.
- Representing Certus at industry and networking events.
