As Catering Event Supervisor, you will collaborate with Kitchen staff and lead Banquet Servers to ensure that the requirements and specifications for assigned events are fulfilled. Your duties will comply with all applicable sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards and established food production procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Supervise and assist with the set-up of an event location.

· Create “load lists” and assist with the loading of all trucks for off-premise events.

· Complete the Banquet Server Checklist prior to an event.

· Provide support for the decorating.

· Organize and maintain event equipment and supplies.

· Act as customer point-of-contact at assigned events.

· Supervise Servers and work in synch with catering support throughout the event.

· Complete post-event inventory and timesheet reports.

· Participate in weekly event recap meetings.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION:

· High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.

· Two or more years of food preparation and serving experience.

· Coursework in supervision, food service management, or related areas of study a plus.

· Excellent Customer Service skills.

· Demonstrated leadership skills.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS:

· Job position requires standing on feet for the majority of the six (6) hour shift and be able to carry and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS:

· Black Ceruti’s polo shirt (provided).

· Black pants & Black non-slip shoes.

· Hair Restraint if applicable

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

· Hourly rate is negotiable.

· Part-time or full-time schedules available, including weekend hours.
