The Event Manager will bring enthusiasm and creativity to inspire our clients. They will work with the team leaders of their venue departments to execute events.
Build an event that exceeds what our clients and their guests expect. On event days, they'll be our clients' friendly and reliable point of contact.
The Event Manager will collaborate with the Service Leader, Event Chef, and Operations team to ensure the remarkable execution of the events. Working together, they will support the Service and Culinary teams to elevate the dining experience, deliver exquisite cuisine to our guests and hospitality excellence, and maintain a pristine and organized venue.
Duties:
Collect essential client information and communicate effectively with relevant departments.
Engages with clients to maintain the planning timeline and address all inquiries.
Guides clients in making impactful decisions for their event.
Accurately records and communicates discussed items post-meeting. With the team, ensures the setup and breakdown of events, a clean venue, and proper storage of items.
Ensures food service execution, providing feedback to maintain high standards.
Commits to job manuals, checklists, and operating procedures, embodying excellence in judgment, customer service, and professionalism.

Qualifications
- Education: Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- Certificates/Licenses: RAMP Certification within 90 days of hire
- Work Experience: At least two years of related experience and training
- Freedom from illegal use of drugs and freedom from use and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
