Job Description
- Oversee the maintenance and performance of the company's system, ensuring smooth operations for all departments.
- Manage and troubleshoot issues related to the Google ecosystem (Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Reports, etc.).
- Maintain and monitor internal servers and networking infrastructure, including backups and disaster recovery plans.
- Provide end-user support for hardware and software issues (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.).
- Assist employees with technical issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring minimal disruption to workflows.
- Install, configure, and update software applications and hardware equipment.
- Monitor the inventory of IT equipment, managing upgrades and replacements as needed.
- Collaborate with the IT project manager to streamline and optimize system workflows.
- Research and recommend new technologies to improve the company's IT systems and operations.
