Location : After an orientation period, this position is 80% remote, with 20% travel to office locations in Springfield, Flemington, Marlton, Galloway, and Hillsborough.
Candidates must be located in New Jersey or Pennsylvania to be considered due to regular travel to the above locations.

This role involves providing technical support across multiple office locations, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, and delivering exceptional service to our end-user community.
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support for a wide range of computer systems, software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications.
- Perform basic to intermediate troubleshooting and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on systems, software, hardware, and networking equipment.
- Stay current with technological developments and trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including inventory management and support ticket tracking.
- Collaborate with IT staff, vendors, and partners to resolve technical issues within scope.
- Provide guidance and training to end-users, translating technical information into easy-to-understand language.
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Cloud Services, Office 365, and other relevant platforms.
- Travel to office locations in Springfield, Flemington, Marlton, Galloway, and Hillsborough, NJ, as needed.
