Job Description :
Pay Range : $33hr - $36hr
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support for customer laboratory IT environments, including operating systems, desktop hardware, peripherals, and instrument-controlled software.
- Manage the on-boarding, retirement, and relocation of lab equipment and computers.
- Implement and monitor Windows-based security measures, including user / group permissions, file / folder permissions, group policies, and local security policies.
- ct as the primary technical support contact for instrument vendors, facilitating repairs and troubleshooting instrument-related computer issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the client infrastructure teams as necessary.
- Provide technical support for new system validations and change management efforts.
- Create and maintain a physical inventory of lab equipment, PCs, software, and other specified information.
- Handle user access management tasks, including adding, modifying user roles, and resetting passwords.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work practices meticulously to ensure compliance with GMP Requirements.
- Provide Audit Trail Reports as needed.
