We are looking a product development specialist to support in overseeing every element of the product from design to launch and beyond while ensuring it delivers value to product development manager and working closely with our major retailer. The ideal candidate is sharp, highly analytical, well-disciplined, and logically minded with a strong design / fashion / trend sense. Experience in working with factories and vendors in fashion, beauty and / cosmetics is required.
Job Description
- Support the product development team in all aspects of creation and launch.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining product development timelines, ensuring timely project completion.
- Coordinate communication with cross-functional teams in U.S, Korea, and China.
- Assist in the research and development of new products, expanding the existing product line.
- Conduct regular product testing and assessment to ensure product performance, quality and safety.
- Evaluate all incoming samples in close collaboration with factories and the sourcing team.
- Support team in coordinating product samples for photoshoots, retailers, and marketing needs.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and generate new product ideas based on market trends, customer feedback, and brand vision.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences.
