Job Summary
Our client is seeking an exceedingly detail-oriented and analytical Planning Assistant Manager in the Supply Chain Management department to manage and maintain inventory needs for our B2B and B2C businesses
Job Description
- Contribute to the overall logistics planning cycle for nail products and B2B and B2C customers, managing a team of 5 SCM associates
- Improve the demand planning by operating strategic supply forecast considering the lead time based on market demand status
- Collect data and analyze for inventory management, manufacturing decisions, and delivery schedules
- Oversee the PO database and maintains open PO quantities for accurate data information
- Analyze customers' demands to deal with errors and suggest improvement plans with the business stakeholders
- Report revenue, expense, and cost projection to management on a regular basis
- Establish standard operating procedures for purchasing and monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of procedures
