Job Summary
We are seeking a HR Specialist that will support the HR team and be responsible for full-cycle recruitment and other HR needs for the Company.
Job Description
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for all open positions.
- Candidate Sourcing
- Be the POC for recruiting, communication with recruiter and candidates, help to hire managers to - create detailed job descriptions, and coordinate the hiring with the cross-functional teams proactively
- Reviews resumes and conducts pre-screening / Interviews on selected candidates.
- With the HR director's approval, negotiate compensation with candidates if necessary and create (draft) offer letters
- Pre-Onboarding & Coordinating Onboarding
- Manage and update HRIS Employee Data in SAP and ADP
- Manage and update the recruitment tracker on an as-needed basis, control the LinkedIn postings
- Ad hoc office and HR projects as necessary
