Scrum Master
Location: warren, NJ - 3days office
- 3-5 years experience with -Reinsurance experience will really help
- 8-10 years of experience as Scrum Master on driving Data engineering requirements using Scrum principles and practices.
- Hands on experience of using JIRA tool to setup Agile boards, setup and maintain product backlog, setup Sprint boards, track daily progress, JIRA dashboards and JQL for reporting
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies like DSU, Sprint planning, Sprint review and retrospectives.
- Facilitate product backlog grooming sessions and guides PO and team on estimation, prioritisation of user stories.
- Reporting of Agile metrics like Velocity, Sprint Completion, Defect Churn to key stakeholders etc.
