- Participate in assigned meetings and conferences, conducting necessary follow-ups and consultations with staff members.
- Perform comprehensive research and data collection on administrative processes, programs, and procedures from diverse sources.
- Analyze problems by examining reports, numerical data, and status updates, and propose effective solutions.
- Manage electronic records through scanning, uploading, and maintenance, ensuring high data quality. Guide staff on proper document correction and amendment procedures in compliance with established laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned program, providing information to service members, installation leadership, and community partners. Craft responses to both technical and non-technical information requests, while fostering professional relationships with installation and community agencies.
- Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries regarding members' progress and outstanding requirements, adhering to relevant laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
- Exhibit advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Power Automate.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and registration for all Transition Assistance Program (TAP) workshops.
- Associate’s Degree or at least 3 years experience in a military/government environment is required.
- Contractor shall be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Have at least one-year experience in clerical or data entry, obtained in an office setting.
- One year experience with the Transition Assistance Program or one year experience working in military environment required.
- Contract personnel shall read, understand, speak, and write English well enough to effectively communicate with customers and staff, both in person and via telephone.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
