What are the responsibilities and job description for the EMC Test Lab Manager position at CETECOM?
CETECOM (https://cetecomadvanced.com/) is a leader in the wireless communications testing industry with test labs in the US, Europe and Asia. Our clients are some of the most well-known and influential companies in these fields both inside and outside Silicon Valley, California.
This position will be based out of Milpitas, California.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the technical operation of the EMC- and radio-lab
- Responsible for planning and scheduling tests
- Interface with customers on a technical level
- Review and approve test reports
- Responsible for technical supervision and training of lab staff
- Responsible for ensuring lab’s compliance to ISO 17025
- Synchronizing with the Project Management team and other test teams (e.g. antenna performance, Bluetooth, WI-FI, acoustic) on current projects.
Job Requirements:
- Five plus years of experience in EMC and RF measurements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MS Word and Excel skills
- Team oriented and customer oriented work
- Bachelors in Electrical Engineering degree required.
