As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting Financial Advisors in the smooth operation of their investment practices. Your efforts will significantly enhance the customer service experience for clients. You will collaborate directly with Registered Representatives to efficiently prepare and process client paperwork, conduct financial transactions, maintain robust client relationships, schedule appointments, and facilitate communication between clients and financial institutions. This position also serves as an excellent gateway into a career path that offers opportunities requiring industry experience and licenses such as Insurance, FINRA Series 7, & 66 or 63 / 65 combo.
What You Will Do :
- Act as a vital link between the registered representatives and their clients.
- Handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and gather materials for client meetings.
- Assist registered representatives in preparing client presentations with illustrations, graphs, and reports.
- Prepare, complete, and follow up on client paperwork to support the registered representative.
- Engage with clients via phone, virtual meetings, and in-person visits to ensure high levels of service.
- Organize client events and subsequent follow-up tasks.
- Maintain detailed client records and adhere to corporate retention policies.
- Proactively reach out to clients and registered representatives regarding time-sensitive activities.
- Take ownership of inquiries, liaising with internal departments to meet clients' service expectations promptly.
- Educate clients about account services, capabilities, and emerging technologies.
- Complete any required corporate training regarding new technologies and follow implementation protocols.
- Uphold compliance guidelines and maintain notes in AdviceWorks / SmartWorks and Redtail to meet corporate standards.
- Collaborate weekly with Advisors to help monitor and advance the Advisors Business Plan processes and client communication strategies.
