Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to clients and advisors across various communities, focusing on financial planning operations.
- Develop expertise in business development operations, processing, and services as a stepping stone for additional responsibilities.
- Partner with the Operations Team Lead and leadership to resolve low to mid-level escalations.
- Process daily work items while meeting process requirements, SLAs, and quality metrics.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service by partnering with other team members.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries via email, client mail, and phone in a timely fashion.
- Perform detailed research on customer accounts and respond promptly.
- Resolve first-level contact issues related to escalated Support Center, Inbox, and/or Salesforce inquiries.
