Senior Specialty Operations Professional
Cetera is seeking a skilled professional to provide operational support and customer service to clients and advisors across various communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide low-to-mid-level escalation support, collaborating with the Operations Team Lead and leadership to resolve issues.
- Process daily work items while meeting process requirements, SLAs, and quality metrics.
- Partner with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers via email, client mail, and phone in a timely fashion.
- Perform detailed research on customer accounts and respond promptly.
- First-level contact resolution for escalated Support Center, Inbox, and/or Salesforce inquiries.
Requirements:
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Highly responsive to coaching and training.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1 year of experience in the financial industry.
- ~1 year of experience with MS Office tools.
