We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of an Associate Financial Advisor.
Job Description
We provide support and sales for our financial advisor in meeting client needs. This includes administrative tasks such as opening new accounts, performing account maintenance, managing a book of clients, and making recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to review new business documents, obtain signatures, and establish online access.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities by profiling and selling based on customer needs.
- Contact clients regarding changes to their accounts.
- Assist with phone calls and delegating faxes to appropriate staff.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of two years' experience in the financial services industry.
- Series 7 or 6 registrations (preferred).
- Experience using a Contact Management System (CRM).
