- Maintain inventory of office supplies, marketing materials, and business cards, communicating reorder requests to management.
- Process trades in a timely manner, assisting with follow-up on suspended trades and providing information on completing paperwork.
- Support Financial Advisors with telemarketing efforts, developing new business and delivering exceptional customer service.
