JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervisory responsibilities for employees
  • Order processing and data entry
  • Client service issues
  • Vendor negotiations
  • Quotes
  • Prospecting for new opportunities
  • Accomplish department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities
  • Ensures a safe, secure, work environment
  • Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
  • Coach, counsel and manage employees
  • Develop, coordinate and enforces systems, policies, procedures and productivity standards
  • Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service and operations information
  • Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems and recommending system improvements
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management a plus (but not required)
  • 5-7 years’ experience in Management, Customer Service or Retail Environment
  • Proficiency with office software, Project Management (Monday.com), Microsoft & Google
  • Coaching, and Supervision and fostering teamwork
  • Results driven
  • Developing standards
  • Foster teamwork
  • Handles pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Order Processing: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Supervisory: 3 years (Required)
  • Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • North Hollywood, CA (Required)

Work Location: In person

Salary : $21 - $25
