YOUR ROLE

If so, we have an opportunity that would allow you to collaborate, implement and manage professional IT teams across NORTAM (US, Canada and Mexico).
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Implement, manage and supervise the IT strategy, security and technical projects.
- Manage the team of IT leads & specialists across the perimeter.
- Collaborate with Corporate global IT teams to bring business system strategies, technologies and solutions to the local organization (tools, methodology, processes)
- Collaborate very closely with the Regional IT Managers (Application, Systems&Network, CyberSecurity)
- Manage the IT operation & projects across the organization and zone/perimeter, and the enforcement of division level IT and security mandates and requirements.
- Ensure adequately the functions of sourcing, quoting, ordering, delivery, implementation of tools, devices, licensing, solutions needed to satisfy timely and smooth implementation of Regional ITs, according to budgetary guidelines.
- Measure/evaluate and ensure the cost efficiency of the solutions proposed [aligned to budget]
- Propose and publish the planning of projects, monitor the timeline and timely delivery of Regional ITs, in direct & close collaboration with all actors (internal local, zone and division level, as well as external vendors and group management teams), using a SMART approach.
- Responsible to supervise the scheduling, monitoring, tracking and coordination of all IT operations and projects, ensuring all security (backup, access control, BCP-DRP, virus, network intrusion) aspects are controlled.
- Provide assistance & guidance on technical matters where specialized/advanced technical competence is needed as requested by the various IT specialists and HelpDesk Support teams (L2/L3)
- Build a structured approach to all Regional ITs and Operations on the North America perimeter
Education and Experience: Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, 5 years of experience in an IT function with multi-site & datacenters, over 500 users environment - 2 years minimum in managerial position with a team
- Credentials: Microsoft Certifications a plus
- Skills: Excellent knowledge of standard IT technologies and tools [configure-implement, operate-monitor-audit, upgrade-enhance] including Infrastructure management, Networking, AD. Demonstrate strong IT technical skills, goal-oriented, in a fast paced, international work environment.
- Characteristics: Top down - Hands on approach with proven experience debugging potential issues to determine root cause. Responsible attitude and initiative builder, with very strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly interpersonal with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills, project management experience, methodology and best practice approach (ITIL)
