Yourmissions :
The Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist will assist with the execution of the industrial training program, including but not limited to, scheduling, assistance with creating, and delivering the required training to the industrial employees in GMSQ.
Responsibilities and Key Duties :
- Assist with the development of online training modules in People Cloud
- Assist with the development of the training syllabus
- Deliver training to Industrial employees
- Attend shop floor "go sees"
- Review Quality events and Safety CAPA's from a training aspect
- Review of training records for completeness and accuracy
- Learn the job duties of all areas within the Industrial department
- Mentor trainers within the departments
- Work with department trainers to ensure training data is entered in a timely fashion
- Assist with onboarding and training to new employees
- Review SOPs in order to create training's and edit SOPs as needed
- Ensure compliance of processes in accordance with Regulatory Agencies as well as Ceva policies and procedures
- Follow all relevant department policies, procedures, SOPs, and other requirements during project execution
- All other duties as assigned
