YOUR ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for a combination between Corporate / Institutional Communications, Digital & Marketing Communications, and Internal Communications in North America (U.S.A., Mexico, Canada)
You will implement CEVA Logistics image and reputation plan and increase awareness and understanding of the company's activities into a specific region, among all audiences. Leverage the company as a business leader and employer of choice to external audiences through global external communication efforts.
Contribute to global actions, and manage the regional employee information, managerial communications and contribute to employees' motivation and sense of belonging to CEVA Logistics and CMA CGM Group. Identify opportunities for speaking slots within the media, lead generation campaigns, and anticipate risks as well as crisis.
Provide Communications guidance and coaching to the Region Managing Director, and propose a set of services to the Region Leadership team. Define and execute marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives across multiple channels to support business growth. Support M&A activities.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Provide shared services to Global CEVA's communications actions
- Write / translate editorial content / Optimizes the editorial landscape through an identified set
- Contribute to CEVA Marketing and Marcom contents
- Bring insights to CEVA Logistics global and transverse initiatives
- Participate to team meeting, share reporting, budget and actions follow-up
Propose and implement a regional communications strategy, agreed with Chief Communications Officer and the Communications Steerco
Develop with Communications GHO the CEVA's image towards external stakeholders
Contribute to employees' motivation and sense of belonging to CEVA Logistics and CMA CGM Group
Advise and bring Communications services to Region Leadership team when agreed by Chief Communications Officer.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing campaigns to support business growth
