Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project success.
- Implement project management best practices using stage-gate FEL frameworks and risk management techniques.
- Supervise project field construction work to ensure EHS excellence throughout all phases.
- Champion strong safety processes throughout every phase of the project, ensuring compliance with CF Best Practices/Policies, state, federal, and local laws and regulations.
- Participate in Process Hazard Analysis and other PSM activities.
- Provide technical support and inspection for new equipment fabrication or refurbishment of existing equipment.
- Execute multiple projects of moderate to high complexity.
- Coordinate Root Cause Analysis and Failure Analysis studies and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution (or comparable field experience).
- Minimum 5 years of applicable engineering/industry experience, including project engineering or management positions.
- Familiarity with capital project and plant responsibilities; construction focus desired.
- PMP training/certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of state, local, and U.S. Government regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.) and industry standards.
