The CF Legal Recruiting and Staffing Real Estate group is seeking an experienced commercial real estate attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join their rapidly growing team. The firm's Real Estate Practice Group advises prominent developers, financial institutions, real estate investment firms, real estate investment trusts and private clients in the completion of sophisticated real estate transactions, as well as commercial lending and borrowing.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases, purchase and sale agreements and loan documents. You should have strong experience in direct client interaction and must be able to communicate effectively. A great business sense and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a highly structured, fast-paced environment while meeting rigorous deadlines are essential.
