Description
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for administrative roles, entry-level clinical support positions, and potential LPN roles within correctional healthcare settings.
- Collaborate with the Senior Recruiter and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Draft and manage job postings and advertisements, ensuring visibility and engagement on various recruitment platforms, including social media and niche job boards.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit while ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely updates to hiring managers and Senior Recruiter regarding candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics.
- Maintain and cultivate a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-demand roles to ensure staffing needs are met promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, state and federal regulations, and industry-specific hiring standards.
- Participate in the onboarding process by assisting with offer letters, background checks, and initial candidate paperwork as needed.
- Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to streamline recruitment operations and enhance candidate experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of adapting to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Paycom, and familiarity with other recruiting platforms and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Healthcare) or equivalent experience preferred.
- Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, or related fields; exposure to healthcare or correctional healthcare recruiting is a plus.
- Eagerness to expand knowledge and expertise in clinical recruiting, including roles such as LPNs, RNs, and advanced practice providers.
- Understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices, with a focus on creating a positive candidate experience.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is onsite at our Marlton, NJ office. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the office.
