In this leadership role, you’ll guide a team, ensure high-quality care, and collaborate with correctional and healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Oversee mental health services and ensure care aligns with industry standards (NCCHC, APA, ACA, NJ 10-A).
✅ Lead and support a dedicated mental health team.
✅ Provide direct mental health services, including assessments and treatment.
✅ Manage psychiatric and behavioral health care delivery.
✅ Collaborate with correctional officials, medical staff, and community agencies.
✅ Ensure a safe, ethical, and therapeutic environment for patients.
What You Bring:
✔ License: Unrestricted prescriptive authority (DEA & CDS).
✔ Experience: Strong background in mental health, psychology, or psychiatry.
✔ Skills: Leadership, critical thinking, and ability to make independent decisions.
✔ Technology: Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
✔ Certification: Active CPR certification.
