Your Role

As a distribution center associate you will be responsible for supporting the operations of the warehouse, such as, picking and packaging items, storing products to the appropriate category shelves and inspecting the quality and the correct quantity of products for shipment.

Key Responsibilities

Distribution Center Associates will be cross trained in the below areas to perform work as needed :

Picking / Packing

• Pick, inspect, and pack products according to the assigned order.
• Maintain momentum to ensure full efficiency and timely shipping of products.
• Demonstrates an understanding of the need for partnership with other teams to ensure accurate slotting of products, keeping picking areas clean and organized, and other aspects that support productivity.
• Cross training in other areas is a requirement of the position.
• Have a continuous improvement mindset.
