The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategic communication plans, manage trade shows and industry events, and oversee digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn and HubSpot. They will also support sales enablement through compelling content creation, project management, and brand positioning. This position is on-site in Urbandale, IA

Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation, leveraging industry events, LinkedIn campaigns, HubSpot automation, and targeted content marketing.
- Oversee strategic communications, including press releases, brand messaging, and corporate announcements.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning to refine messaging and optimize campaigns.
- Drive the creation of high-impact B2B marketing content, including case studies, product guides, email campaigns, and thought leadership pieces.
- Ensure brand consistency and develop targeted marketing materials that help drive conversions and customer decision-making.
Industry Event Management
- Plan and execute large-scale trade shows and conferences, managing logistics, booth presence, sponsorships, and on-site engagement to maximize impact.
- Drive pre- and post-event marketing strategies to drive ROI and increase engagement.
- Problem-solve in real-time at events, ensuring smooth execution and brand visibility.
B2B Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Manage LinkedIn campaigns to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Utilize HubSpot for marketing automation, lead nurturing, and sales funnel optimization.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and SEO to improve search visibility and conversions.
Who You Are
- A marketing professional with a track record of successfully managing large industry events.
- Skilled in B2B digital marketing, ideally, with hands-on experience in LinkedIn campaigns and HubSpot marketing automation.
- Experience in the animal production industry is preferred, but candidates with food, agriculture, chemical, or life sciences backgrounds who can learn quickly are encouraged to apply
- A strong project manager who effectively balances multiple priorities and executes with precision.
- Detail-oriented and creative, able to bring fresh ideas while maintaining structure and accuracy.
- Comfortable taking ownership, driving initiatives, and delivering measurable results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools, i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
- Willingness to perform other duties as needed.
