PM Supervisor

CGB Express is looking for responsible PM Supervisor. This is a night shift W2 Monday through Friday position. We value our drivers who are on the front line of our service every day. Role and Responsibilities

Supervise the PM pickup and delivery operations and support station manager initiatives and company policies.

• Promote a safe, efficient, and secure working environment
• Manage time and workloads to ensure completion of daily assignments in a productive and positive way
• Work with administrative staff to provide excellent service to our partner and their customers
• Hire, Train, Develop, and Hold Accountable all employees under their care to the highest standards of professional ethics and performance
• Collect and report operational performance information in the preferred format and style
• Close facility, ensuring that the facility meets all security requirements as determined by the CCSF
• Hours: 1:00 PM - Close (Monday - Friday)

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Previous experience in operations and logistical management preferred

Preferred Skills

Administrative understanding of applicable reporting tools, (Word, Excel…etc.)

Operational knowledge of route set-up, vehicle performance, and employee management
