Responsibilities
- Manage and organize calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
- Utilize Outlook Calendar and other office software for effective communication.
- Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information.
- Assist with quality control & packaging.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer services skills & communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of firearms but not required.
- Some driving may be required.
