Key Responsibilities

- Manage and organize the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle personal tasks and errands for the executive as needed.

- Assist with email and phone correspondence, screening messages, and prioritizing communication.
- Maintain confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Perform research and gather information for projects or tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
