DevOps Engineer

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our growing team in Miami, Fl. This role will focus on building and maintaining the infrastructure, tools, and pipelines necessary to support our software development lifecycle and cloud-based operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, IT operations, and cybersecurity specialists, to automate, streamline, and enhance our technology platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Automate and optimize our software development and deployment pipeline, from code commit to production, to improve the speed, reliability, and quality of software releases.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) to support both internal applications and customer-facing services, ensuring high availability and performance across global operations.
• Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software releases, ensuring alignment with operational goals and minimizing downtime.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless deployment and operations of applications, including services that support guest experiences, reservation systems, fleet management, and employee tools.
• Set up monitoring and alerting systems for both applications and infrastructure. Analyze logs and metrics to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks or operational issues.
• Collaborate with the security team to ensure that infrastructure, applications, and deployments comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices (such as PCI-DSS for payment systems and GDPR for guest data).
• Provide technical guidance and support during incident management, ensuring issues are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in DevOps, cloud computing, and automation to drive continuous improvement across all tech operations.
