Job Title: Warehouse Associates – Packing

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates for our packing department. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing products for shipment, ensuring orders are correctly packed and ready for delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pack products according to customer orders and company guidelines, ensuring items are secure, organized, and protected during transit.
• Assist in tracking inventory levels, labeling products, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
• Inspect products for defects or damages before packing, ensuring only high-quality items are shipped.
• Properly label and document packages for shipment, ensuring correct shipping information and inventory records.
• Keep the packing area clean, organized, and safe, following all safety protocols.
• Work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely order processing.
• Utilize packing machinery or manual tools as required to ensure quick and accurate packing.
• Support the shipping department by preparing packed goods for pickup or delivery.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual English/ Spanish required.
• Previous warehouse or packing experience required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Can work a flexible schedule based on business needs. 
• Comfortable working a temporary role.
• Able to work onsite by the Miami airport.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (depending on warehouse conditions).

The hourly for this role is $13.00 an hour.
