What it's like to be a Customer Experience SpecialistAs a Full-Time Customer Experience Specialist at CGC WATER TREATMENT AND PLUMBING, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads and setting appointments through diverse avenues. Your responsibilities include prospecting by tapping into Home Depot store leads, networking with local Chamber of Commerce groups, and effectively communicating with potential customers. By educating Home Depot Associates on Kinetico products, you will help foster strong relationships that enhance our brand awareness in new territories. This role will also involve actively engaging with the communities we serve, allowing you to build connections and ensure they know who CGC is while solidifying our commitment to excellence and community service.
