What's your day like?

As the Inventory Team Lead at CGC Water Treatment and Plumbing, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and Inventory Management. Your leadership will be essential as you direct team members to ensure productivity and efficiency. You'll maintain organization and cleanliness within the warehouse, strictly adhering to safety standards.

In this role, you will assist with scheduling, delegating tasks, and monitoring workflow to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and accuracy. Training new employees and providing ongoing coaching will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring everyone excels in their roles. You will ensure proper inventory control, conduct routine cycle counts, and support year-end audits.

Additionally, you'll work closely with the inventory manager to track stock levels, coordinate replenishments, and support order pulling to meet installation and service schedules-all while enforcing workplace safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations.
