We are a boutique real estate private equity firm based in Los Angeles with a mixed asset portfolio specializing in multifamily and hospitality, value ad and ground-up development across the country.
What You’ll Do
- Sales and marketing
- Manage and oversee 100 unit property
- Responsible for community outreach and collaboration
- Ensure occupancy targets are achieved through leasing and resident retention
- Partner with facilities and engineering teams to ensure physical assets are operating at peak performance levels
- Customer service
- Property Financial Performance
- Monitor and review monthly operating results for both the property management and building services operations
- Attend management meetings as requested by upper management
- Report on department updates at staff meetings
- 4 years of property management is preferred (internships included)
- High Energy
- Attention to detail
- Bi-Lingual Spanish/English preferred but not required
