We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative data science solutions to drive business success. Key responsibilities include:
- • Developing and maintaining ETLs to extract, transform, and load data into existing data warehouses
• Applying supervised, unsupervised, and NLP Machine Learning algorithms for clustering, classification, dimensionality reduction, and metadata extraction & content analysis
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and drive business success
• Analyzing complex datasets, detecting trends and patterns, developing conclusions, and providing recommendations to improve data ingestion, increase data scaling, and enhance data exploitation to ensure more interoperable and secure data
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in data science and analytics, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing. Key qualifications include:
- • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology Management, or related technical field
• 7 years of experience obtaining data from multiple, disparate data sources including structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data
• Proficiency in tools and languages such as PostgreSQL/SQL, Python, Java, Graph DBs, or C
• Familiarity with DevOps processes and code versioning tools like git
• Experience working with Hadoop, Spark, or other parallel computing processes
