The Change Management Consultant will support process, technology, and people transformation change management initiatives across a variety of groups within the client’s organization. This includes working closely with clients to assess their change needs, develop and implement change management strategies and plans, and measure the success of these initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of change management principles and practices, along with experience in engaging with a variety of stakeholders across an organization.
This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office with work performed at the client site in Arlington, VA or Washington, DC; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable at the client’s discretion.
