CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Expert to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance operations, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work, including installations, repairs, and replacements.
- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems.
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures such as sinks, showers, commodes, water heaters, hot water tanks, garbage disposals, and dishwashers.
- Complete all documentation required in compliance with CGL's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance work for commercial environments.
- Must be able to work in confined spaces and night shifts.
- Must have a valid state driver's license.
