As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of assigned tasks and collaborating closely with colleagues to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful task execution.
- Support the project team with a general knowledge of construction documents and construction details.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and compile report content under supervision.
- Support Project Managers (PMs) in all aspects of project management, including day-to-day communications, reports, and project documentation.
- Timely update project document control systems and review/manage project budget and schedule with the project team to ensure on-time and on-budget project completion.
- Bachelor's Degree BA/BS Required or 5 year practical experience equivalency Required.
- Building Sciences - Construction, Architecture, Preferred or Engineering Preferred.
- 4-6 years of relevant construction services experience in field and office, Required or 1-3 years of experience in Architectural or Engineering Office. Required.
- Competency in various computer software programs such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint & Teams, Bluebeam.
- Requires a detail-oriented, self-starter who takes initiative, prioritizes, and multi-tasks in a busy environment.
- Works under close supervision and in a collaborative team environment.
