ERG is seeking a Facilities Work Order Management Administrator to oversee the distribution and tracking of work orders across several facilities and disciplines at a federal facility site in Indian Head, Maryland. Indian Head is the Navy's leading facility for ordnance, energetics, and explosive ordnance disposal solutions. The qualified individual must be motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This position will require full-time on-site at the federal site in Indian Head, MD, and will include interaction and support from ERG personnel at the federal site, as well as from ERG's Chantilly and Arlington offices. Indian Head is approximately 30 miles from Washington, DC, 25 miles from Alexandria, VA, and 60 miles from Fredericksburg, VA. Alternative work schedules may be considered.
Job Description
- Receive, process, and track electronic work orders related to the maintenance and repair of client facilities
- Assign work orders to appropriate personnel and ensure that the work is completed correctly and on time
- Coordinate with on-site staff, contractors, and vendors to complete work orders
- Maintain accurate records of all work orders, including detailed information on the work performed, materials used, and costs incurred
- Provide routine reports to the Facilities Manager on work order status, including any delays or issues that arise
- Follow up with the Facilities Manager as needed to ensure an accurate understanding of a work order request if it needs to be clarified
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel and the production controller to ensure work is completed in coordination with each facility's production and manufacturing schedules
- Assist with other facilities management tasks as needed
Qualifications
