Job Overview :
We are seeking an entry level professional to join our team. The ideal candidate would have experience in Microsoft products included but limited to : Excel, Word and Outlook. Previous experience in field management systems in an operational capacity is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities :
Administrative Support : Manage office operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining proper documentation.
Customer Service : Interact with clients and vendors professionally, addressing inquiries and assisting with service requests.
Data Entry & Documentation : Input and update client and project data into our systems. Ensure all paperwork is filed correctly and accessible when needed.
Financial Support : Assist with invoicing, tracking expenses, and processing payments. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate records as needed.
Scheduling & Coordination : Support the scheduling of field technicians and service appointments, ensuring all resources are efficiently allocated as needed.
Project Support : Assist Market managers with documentation, follow-up tasks, and client communication as needed.
Compliance & Safety : Help maintain compliance with company policies and ensure office procedures are consistent with safety standards.
Qualifications :
Education : High school diploma or GED required.
Experience : Entry level position
Technical Skills : Microsoft excel, word, smartsheets, invoicing software preferred but not required.
Background Screening : Must be able to pass a satisfactory background screening.
Skills :
Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Time Management : Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team.
Customer Focus : Dedicated to providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
