Production Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our stamping manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team of skilled workers in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to manage resources effectively within a manufacturing facility.

Duties

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate the assembly line processes, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in production techniques and equipment usage.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste within the factory setting.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve production-related issues.

Experience

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Experience working with assembly lines, including knowledge of stamping processes.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing production schedules and workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
