CGS seeks a strategically creative Senior Art Director to join its global Marketing team in New York City. This is a phenomenal opportunity for a growth minded designer to work directly with the CMO on branding projects and to help scale the capabilities of the creative team that operates as a shared service three distinctive businesses in fashion supply chain software, business process outsourcing, and enterprise learning.
This is a roll-up your sleeves role with hands-on design including website assets, advertising, marketing collateral, video, and events. You should be digitally savvy and well-versed in design for websites and marketing automation systems like Marketo. You should also have excellent organizational and time management skills and bring a systems mindset to the application of newly developing brand guidelines for our businesses. This is a “work on the engine while in-flight" role. You’ll be responsible for delivering business driving creative assets in the immediate term while helping to redefine our creative strategy for the long term.

Key responsibilities:
- Design and produce creative assets for digital, print, video, motion graphics, events, and web.
- Drive the visual expression of brand campaigns across all platforms and business units.
- Collaborate with marketers, content writers, and product teams to create compelling assets for Marketo campaigns, websites, paid ads, social, and events.
- Build out scalable creative systems and design libraries aligned with new and existing brand guidelines.
- Lead creative strategy, storytelling, and visual development from concept to execution.
- Work within and continuously improve brand identity systems for consistency and scalability.
- Oversee or collaborate on video shoots, motion graphics, storyboarding, and editing.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Visual Arts, Communications, or Social Sciences
- 10 years working in creative services. Experience working in a fast-paced agency or in-house environment; demonstrated ability to communicate well with clients and teammates.
- Expert graphic designer, using Adobe Creative Suite specifically Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Expert in video & motion graphics designer, using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro; Adobe After Effects; and Canva Video Editor.
- Proficient in using AI for creativity with tools like Adobe Generative AI; Adobe Premier Pro AI; Runway; MidJourney; DALL·E; Synthesia (for creation of studio-quality videos with AI avatars for narration);
- UI/UX design: Proficient with tools like Figma and Sketch for UI/UX design
- Proficient in Microsoft office; expert in PowerPoint.
- Basic coding knowledge like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
