- In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
- Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.
- Knowledge of Quality tools like FMEA, PPAP, APQP, 8D, 5Why, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a scientific field.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- 2-5 years' experience in a rubber company (compounding, transformation).
This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
