Key Responsibilities

  • Lead process improvement initiatives to maximize production efficiency and minimize variances.
  • Implement Statistical Process Controls (SPC) to enhance safety, quality, and cost control.
  • Optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and troubleshoot production challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years in manufacturing, process, or quality engineering.

About You

Candidates should have proficiency in Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, and 5S. Experience with MRP/ERP, MES, PLC, SPC software, and database programming is also required.
