The Quality Manager at CGS Executive Search is responsible for promoting, developing, and overseeing production compliance to quality procedures through rigorous inspections and implementation of quality control. This includes coordinating and guiding cross-functional teams to address quality issues and manage corrective action and KPI production reporting.
The Quality Manager ensures compliance of the company quality system and customer requirements by managing quality policies, standards, procedures, programs, and practices while driving and facilitating continuous improvement.
This role involves working with customers to coordinate customer audits, external nonconformities, and customer performance improvements. Additionally, it requires managing and controlling customer requirements and depleting them as company requirements.
The Quality Manager will be responsible for daily monitoring of production control results, management of eventual nonconformities, and reprocessing. They will also update the Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes, and improvements.
Determining quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures, defining and managing corrective actions, guiding multiple teams, proposing and tracking quality assurance goals, and working with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of products are also key responsibilities.
The Quality Manager must ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory, and external standards. They will validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures and ISO system quality procedures.
This role requires effective interaction with Production and Engineering teams to maintain product supply and introduction of new products. The Quality Manager will work directly with customers to support quality requirements and with suppliers in case of quality improvements actions or complaints.
