What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Estimator position at CGS Global?
We are looking for skilled Electrical Estimator in industrial setting to join our team in an industrial setting. As a Electrical Estimators, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of electrical projects from start to finish. Your role will involve analyzing project specifications, conducting site visits, and collaborating with various stakeholders to determine the materials, labor, and equipment needed for each project.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine the cost of electrical projects, including labor and materials.
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather project specifications and requirements.
3. Generate accurate and competitive bids using estimating software.
4. Review subcontractor quotes and bids conformance to scope.
5. Prepare packages for subcontractors to bid.
Qualifications:
- 3 Years experience with electrical estimation for construction of Data Center Projects, or construction of Manufacturing Facilities.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in data center/manufacturing electrical estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
