Diagnoses errors or technical problems and determines proper solutions.
Document processes and complete required documentation.
Collaborate with technical team to resolve technical issues.
Complete pre-sale upgrades and conversions as needed to meet customer orders.
Evaluate, refurbish systems returned from demonstrations and rental activities.
Understand technical problems effectively through proper analysis, evaluation and diagnoses.
Responsible for setting up basic network connections
Must troubleshoot basic network connections
Define IP address by assigning subnet and IP address.
Required Qualifications
2-Year Technical degree, apprenticeship program, or equivalent in a technical or military field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in electrical/electronic and mechanical fields or related professional position.
Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge.
Experience speaking with clients assisting them over the phone by troubleshooting equipment.
Thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic and equipment, including the use of special instruments for diagnostic purposes.
MUST HAVE
2-Year Technical degree, apprenticeship program, or equivalent in a technical or military field.
3-5 years of professional experience in electrical/electronic and mechanical fields or related professional position.
