This role is crucial for leasing apartments within our luxurious high-rise buildings located in the prestigious Gold Coast area of Chicago. As a leasing agent, you will connect with prospective residents, showcasing our properties and guiding them toward their new home. Your role involves handling inquiries, conducting property tours, and supporting clients through the leasing paperwork to ensure a seamless experience.
Requirements :
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of successful experience in leasing or related roles.
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities are essential to thrive in this environment.
Work Schedule :
The selected candidate must have the flexibility to work between 40 to 45 hours each week with a required commitment of 5 hours on Saturdays.
